A very big thank you to K&R appliance Repair LLC from right here in Jackson. I called first thing this morning and he was able to come by today to look at my refrigerator. He was not the first person I called. But the only one I could get in the door this week let alone today. He was honest and explained that he is not sure of the part that was needed because of confusing numbers popping up. Also explained Kenmore won't answer his questions on the part. He also showed me everything clearly. He even said he would not charge me for today because he wasn't able to help amd was confused on the part numbers. I absolutely refused to let him walk out without paying him at least the fee for stopping at the house he did everything he could amd was 100% honest about everything. I had to call kenmore and got the same part number as he did. Even though that part does not match the one with the fridge apparently its am updated replacement part is why they part numbers do not match.

I also need to let everyone know the honesty this man displayed. Even saying he wouldn't charge me for today. But there is no way after spending an hour in my home looking and taking it apart would I not pay him something for the day. I would recommend him completely due to his honesty and taking the time to explain everything. I will be using him again when the part does come in . Just because of this reason and to help keep this small business going. We definitely need more like him.
